Among the main multi-regional lot winners were Etec Contract Services, Caddick and Adderstone Living.
The four-year deal spans 12 lots across 10 regions and will mainly focus on new build housing but also covers refurbishments, extensions, commercial, community, education, and healthcare buildings.
Developed with Northern landlord partners Believe Housing, Gentoo, and Karbon Homes, the framework includes both construction works and associated design services.
Rebecca Griggs, head of procurement at Prosper, said collaboration with development teams from the landlords ensured a robust evaluation process.
“The aim is to build new homes and give our partners greater procurement opportunities across the UK,” she added.
Call-offs will be made through further competition or direct award.
